Kevin (James McAvoy) suffers from dissociative identity disorder, harboring around 23 different personalities within his body, ranging in age and gender. In broad daylight, he kidnaps three young girls and locks them in an underground hideout. Over time, the girls come to encounter Kevin’s various personalities, each bringing new surprises. However, these different personalities start to cause Kevin’s body to physically change. The three girls must come up with a clever plan to escape…
