Astérix & Obélix Mission Cléopâtre

The beautiful Cleopatra and the arrogant Caesar do not share the same views on the greatness of the Egyptian people. While Cleopatra insists that the Egyptians are as important a civilization as the Romans, Caesar laughs at her words and continues to enjoy his grapes. Eventually, they make a bet! The hardworking Egyptian people, who take pride in building structures and creating pyramids, will construct a palace worthy of Caesar’s mouth within three months. If Cleopatra succeeds, Caesar will publicly acknowledge the greatness of the Egyptians.

As Cleopatra’s ambition grows, it becomes clear that even the efforts of skilled architects and engineers will not be enough to build a palace in a month. In the meantime, Asterix, Obelix, and the village magician Getafix, who live in a distant village, come to their aid. And, of course, we must not forget Idefix, the little dog who steps up when needed.
