WALL-E

We are in a ruined, dirty, and dry world. Centuries ago, all humans left the Earth, which had become uninhabitable due to the continuous exploitation of the environment, aboard spaceships built by a mega-corporation called BnL. The only remaining working member of the robots responsible for cleaning the world is Wall-E (Waste Allocation Load Lifter – Earth class), and we follow his monotonous workday of collecting and organizing trash. Over the 700 years, Wall-E has developed a personality of his own, relieving the boredom of his days by collecting interesting items and playing with his only friend, a cockroach. After work, Wall-E spends his evenings watching a VHS copy of Hello Dolly and gazing at space with hopeful eyes (or binoculars). His goal is to one day fall in love with another robot and reenact the hand-holding scene he saw in the movie with that robot…
