Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, has now become a city completely engulfed in crime. It is the capital of drug trafficking, dominated by street gangs, mafias, and corrupt police officers. Lucy, an attractive woman who enjoys exploring, suddenly finds herself caught in a drug network because of her friend Richard. In this situation, Lucy is tasked with transporting drugs hidden in her body. However, due to an unexpected turn of events, drugs mix with Lucy’s blood, leading to an incredible incident. The chemicals coursing through her veins grant her extraordinary abilities, turning her into a killing machine.
